Sublingual Glutathione Application

The glutathione molecule, which is essential in the prevention of aging, cancer, cardiovascular disease, dementia and many other chronic/degenerative diseases, consists of three building blocks: the amino acids cysteine, glycine and glutamide.

Glutathione, one of the powerful antioxidants produced by the body itself, protects all organs and tissues against the harmful effects of free radicals. It supports the immune system and prevents the harmful effects of smoking and alcohol.

Benefits of Glutathione:
Neutralizes Free Radicals
Metabolic events, radiation exposure and many other harmful factors create molecules in your body called free oxygen radicals that damage cells.
If these molecules increase in excess, your body's natural antioxidant mechanisms cannot neutralize them. As a result, your cells are damaged and the risk of many diseases increases.
Glutathione improves the immune system by neutralizing free radicals, protecting tissues, promoting antigen presentation and stimulating CD8 cells. In this way, it protects your body from harmful effects and prevents damage to cells.

Cleanses Heavy Metals Accumulated in the Body
Glutathione scavenges heavy metals and chemicals that can accumulate in the body.
Glutathione is also effective when it comes to cleansing the body of neurotoxic mercury or carcinogenic arsenic, cadmium, copper, getting rid of chemical contaminants in fruits and vegetables, hormones or antibiotics in meat and dairy products.
Glutathione, as a mercury and antioxidant transporter, has three distinct roles in protecting the body from mercury toxicity. First, glutathione, especially when bound with methyl mercury, forms a complex that prevents mercury from binding to cellular proteins and damaging enzymes and tissues. Second, Glutathione-mercury complexes found in the liver, kidney and brain appear to be the primary form of transport and elimination of mercury from the body. Third, Glutathione increases the antioxidant capacity of the cell, providing defense against hydrogen peroxide, singlet oxygen, hydroxyl radicals and lipid peroxides produced by mercury.

Reduces the harmful effects of type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance
Chronic stress and inflammation are among the causes of insulin resistance. Glutathione supplementation in type 2 diabetes facilitates treatment by helping to overcome insulin resistance, reduce inflammation due to excessive insulin release and relieve oxidative load, and reduce nerve damage caused by high blood sugar.

Facilitates treatment of fatty liver disease
Increasing obesity, poor diet and frequent insulin resistance increase the risk of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Glutathione supplementation has been proven in studies to prevent liver damage and regress fatty liver disease caused by non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

Reduces the formation of tumor cells
Antioxidants can be defined as substances that prevent oxidation in the body or slow down the autoxidation of fats. Glutathione, the body's most powerful antioxidant, reacts with free radicals and prevents them from damaging cells. With these properties, they reduce the risk of abnormalization of cells and consequently tumor formation, as well as reducing cell destruction, increasing the chance of living a healthier life with minimal effects of aging.

How and how much should glutathione supplements be used?
Foods that contain glutathione or support the production of glutathione in the body;

Apple
Roka
Broccoli
Brussels Sprouts
Asparagus
Garlic
Spinach
Grapefruit
One serving of one of the above foods a day is enough to support glutathione production.

Glutathione Deficiency
Glutathione is naturally produced in our body, but this production can decrease for various reasons.
Age, environmental pollution and toxins cause glutathione levels to decrease. Another method other than nutrition is to take ready-made glutathione from outside.
